Located on Deepdale Drive in the village of Leasingham, just outside Sleaford, this new development consists of six bespoke new-build bungalows, each complete with its own garage.
LME Building Contractors is managing the complete build process for this site from start to finish. Currently, we are in the foundational stages of the project. The site has been fully prepared, and the footings and bedding for the first two properties have been laid.
As the main contractor for the entire lifecycle of this development, we are overseeing every detail through to final handover. We will continue to update this portfolio page with progress photos as these new homes begin to come out of the ground.
