From full strip-outs to completed refurbishments, LME renovates properties that need structural work, a new layout or a complete update inside and out.

That can include adapting an existing building rather than starting again. At the Old School House in South Kyme, a former toilet and changing block is being converted into a self-contained annex, double garage and separate storage area. The work includes replacing the failed floor, installing drainage and insulation, and forming a new pitched roof with structural steelwork.

Interior renovation: preparation to fit-out

Our latest examples include a kitchen renovation in Sleaford and internal renovation in Grantham. They show plastered rooms, kitchen installation and internal joinery at different stages.
