There is no single duration because the programme depends on planning, site conditions, access, utilities, the number of plots and how the work is phased. LME agrees the sequence around the specific development and provides progress updates as each plot moves from groundworks into the main build.

Some building work can continue in light rain, while other tasks need to pause or be protected. The team checks the forecast, covers vulnerable work and reviews any affected brickwork before continuing. Safety and the quality of the finished work come first.
