The Metheringham Air Control Tower is a unique project steeped in local history. Standing derelict and exposed to the elements for many years, LME Building Contractors have been trusted to completely renovate and breathe new life into this historic structure.
We are currently in the initial phases of the build. Extensive scaffolding has been erected to allow our team to safely assess, stabilise and restore the original brickwork and concrete infrastructure. While the final interior specifications are still being finalised with the client, the overarching vision is clear: to preserve the building's historical theme and aviation heritage while outfitting it with high-quality, modern finishes.
This is a live, ongoing project. Check back for updates as we transform this empty shell into a carefully renovated piece of local history.
