South Kyme Double-Storey Roof Extension

Located in the village of South Kyme, Lincolnshire, this project demonstrates the incredible potential of maximizing existing space. The client approached us to convert their attached, single-storey garage into a substantial double-storey extension.

Building directly on top of an existing structure requires careful structural planning and precision engineering. Our team successfully prepped the foundations, built up the new blockwork shell, and seamlessly tied the new structure into the main house.
