From fire damage to the completed rooms
LME has completed the renovation of this fire-damaged flat in Holbeach, Lincolnshire. The October update adds the decorated rooms to the original fire-damage photographs and the earlier replastering and fit-out stages.
The starting condition
The original images show smoke-darkened walls, damaged finishes and debris through the rooms, hallway and bathroom. Strip-out and preparation made way for replastering and the replacement interior fittings.
The finished kitchen and bathroom
The latest kitchen images show white cabinets, a timber-effect worktop, oven and hob, with wood-effect flooring in the kitchen area. The bathroom is now decorated and includes a bath, over-bath shower, glass screen, basin and toilet.
Decorated rooms and connecting spaces
The new photographs show painted walls and ceilings, internal openings, ceiling lights and replacement radiators. Some room floors remain uncovered in the images: the completed update records the agreed renovation work and the visible finishes, without claiming that every floor finish has been replaced.
