Sleaford Cottage Refurbishment

This Grade II cottage near Sleaford had bags of character but had been left tired and dated. The owners wanted a sensitive restoration — modern comfort throughout, without losing any of the charm that made them buy it in the first place.

We worked closely with conservation requirements, using traditional materials and methods so the building could breathe as it was designed to, while quietly bringing the services and layout into the 21st century.
