Eight new homes at The Meadows
Lee’s filmed update introduces The Meadows in Leasingham as a development of eight executive properties. This progress record focuses on the external works at Plot One and drainage installation at Plot Eight.
Plot One: driveway and patio preparation
At Plot One, the team had started laying Indian sandstone paving behind the house, outside the kitchen and living-room patio doors. Lee described the next work as preparing the driveway, forming the gate pillars and preparing the block-paved areas.
Plot Eight: site drainage
At the upper end of the site, trenches had been excavated and the team was installing the last section of drainage around the rear of Plot Eight into a chamber. Lee explained that the drainage runs down the site to a pumping station before continuing into the village.
A view of the development
The drone photographs show the houses, access road and surrounding work areas. They provide the wider site context; the drainage route and paving details are described from Lee’s site commentary.
